  • YOU & YOURS - Two (2) certificates, This certificate entitles the lady accompanying member to complimentary drinks at Viva – Bar & Lounge. The complimentary drinks to be of same or lesser value as the purchased drinks Applicable for alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages.#
  • DRINKS @ HALF - Two (2) certificates, This certificate entitles the member to a discount of 50% on total beverage bill at Viva – Bar & Lounge. Valid for maximum 6 people on a table. Applicable for alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages.#

General Conditions:

• Club membership has no cash value, is non-transferrable and member must be 18 years of age or above to join. The membership period is 12 calendar months from the date of enrollment.
• Club benefits cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts/offers
• The choice of membership level/type must be made at the time of membership enrollment.
• Club reserves the rights to change, modify or amend the membership benefits, participating hotel & restaurant listings and any terms and conditions communicated in this or any other Club materials, at its absolute discretion at any time, without giving reason and without notice.
• Without prejudice to any other mode of proof, through payment for the Club, a member accepts these terms and conditions, as amended from time to time, and agree to be bound by them.
• Club reserves the right to cancel or suspend membership at any time, if it is suspected that the membership is being operated fraudulently.
• Any Certificate or membership kit issued as a part of membership, shall not be replaced if stolen or lost.
• Should, for any reason, the Club membership concept be discontinued, the Hotel and Resorts included in Club shall have no financial liability to the member.
• All Taxes shall be borne by the members. Member must settle their bills at the time departure.
• Membership cannot be cancelled once processed.
• The membership to this program is open to Indian Nationals only.
• With the acceptance with the Club membership a member agrees that he can be contacted by the Club office to receive occasional information about the programme, benefits and special offers.

Accommodation Conditions:

• Accommodation benefits (including rates and certificates) are subject to space/room availability and advance reservations are required. Limited rooms are available at the discounted rates and the accommodation certificates may not be accepted during periods of expected high hotel occupancy.
• Blackout dates may apply during special events such as Diwali, Christmas, New Year Eve etc. Members should check when booking to ensure the membership benefits are available on such dates.
• Any member who does not show for a booking against the accommodation certificate(s), will not be accorded with same benefit again.
• Hotel may promote seasonal rates and conditional booking period that may be lower than Club rates.

Dining Conditions:

• The member’s dining benefits is offered on all standard adult meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner and the membership card must be presented at the end of the meal or when requested in order to receive the benefits.
• A maximum of one membership card will be accepted per table/party.
• Children below 5 years of age will not be considered while calculating food discounts for buffet meals only.
• Dining benefits are not available on packages inclusive of accommodation and meals or any other offer.
• Dining benefits are only valid for the food portion of the bill (excludes all beverages). A flat 25% discount will apply on beverage consumption in the restaurants and hotel’s bar (Alcoholic/Non Alcoholic).#
• Dining benefits may not be available during special events such as Diwali, Christmas, New Year Eve etc. Members should check when booking to ensure the membership benefits are available on such dates.

Voucher/Certificate Conditions:

• Members must state their intention to use their membership rates and accommodation certificates at the time of reservation.
• Members cannot use two (2) certificates/benefits together.
• Certificates are valid for one time use only and must be surrendered at the time of use. These cannot be redeemed for cash and are valid during stipulated time period.
• Certificates are applicable as per the terms of usage stated on the Front & Back of the voucher/certificate.
• Kids between 6 to 12 years are only valid for Kids Eat Free certificate.
• Certificates cannot be used in conjunction with any promotions or over Diwali, Christmas, New Year Eve and food festivals.

Membership Cost:

• ₹ 5085 plus applicable taxes i.e; ₹ 6,000 (Rupees Six thousand only) for one entire year. Without night stay.


• ₹ 6780 plus applicable taxes i.e; ₹ 8,000 (Rupees Eight thousand only) for one entire year. With one-night stay in a Standard room.


• ₹ 8475 plus applicable taxes i.e; ₹ 10,000 (Rupees Ten thousand only) for one entire year. With two night stay in a Standard room or One Night Stay in a Suite with Kitchenette.


• ₹ 10170 plus applicable taxes i.e; ₹ 12,000 (Rupees Twelve thousand only) for one entire year. With One night stay in a Standard room and One Night Stay in a Suite with Kitchenette.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:

It is hereby agreed and understood that Holiday Inn and/or its Marketing Agent(s) will not be liable in contract or in tort to any claim arising out of, or relating to the failure or deficiency in providing Dine @ Holiday Inn Loyalty Member with the facilities set out here in or any injury or loss suffered by Dine@ Holiday Inn Member or their guest while in the hotel(s) premises, caused by or due to circumstances beyond the control of hotel(s) Management including but not restricted to employees' strike/agitation, Governmental and statutory restrictions, failure supplies, and or other force majeure events. In any event any claim against the hotel(s) Management or the said Marketing Agent shall not exceed the annual membership fee of Dine @ Holiday Inn Card. All disputes arising out of Dine @ Holiday Inn Programme shall be referred for arbitration to the Respective Hotel’s General Manager or his/her nominee. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on the parties. The venue of the arbitration shall be DELHI.
